Combine lemon juice and 1/4 cup (60mL) Sugar Twin® Liquid in a large pitcher. Add water and stir. Puree fresh blueberries in a blender with 3 Tbsp. (45mL) water and 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Sugar Twin® Liquid. Put puree through sieve. Add blueberry puree to lemonade mixture and mix well. Serve over ice, garnished with mint leaves.
