Berry Peach Compote
Ingredients:
6 large peaches, peeled and sliced
1 Tbsp. (15mL) lemon juice
2 cups (480mL) fresh berries, blackberries, blueberries or raspberries, washed and drained
1/4 cup (60mL) SugarTwin® Granulated White
1 cup (240mL) low fat whipped topping
2 Tbsp. (30mL) SugarTwin® Granulated Brown
Dash of ground ginger and ground nutmeg
  Instructions:
1. Combine prepared peaches and lemon juice; mix well. Add berries and sprinkle with SugarTwin® Granulated White. Let stand until SugarTwin® dissolves. Mix well and spoon into individual serving dishes.
2. Top with whipped topping.
3. Combine SugarTwin® Granulated Brown with ground ginger and nutmeg and sprinkle over whipped topping.
